Shipping Policy

We provide shipping across British Columbia via Canada Post.

All shipments exclude 2-4 business days handling time from the point of purchase. At times there may be delays due to unavoidable circumstances.

A tracking number will be auto-generated and emailed once the order is processed.

In-store pickup items must be picked up within 5 days.

Items not picked up within 5 days will be charged restocking fees of 10% of the order value.

SHIPPING FEES

• FREE shipping within Vancouver Area for all orders above CA$99
• FREE within BC for all orders above CA$199
• All other orders to pay Canada Post shipping fee within Canada

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• 2-3 days for the Vancouver area and nearby cities
• 2-7 days for British Columbia
• 3-12 days for anywhere else in Canada

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending upon various circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return your recently purchased item, please ship the pair you would like returned to the address below with your order number clearly written on the package & not on the Shoe Box.

If you are interested in exchanging your recently purchased item, please ship your items back to the address below and purchase the replacement item online only.

Please do not mark or put any shipping labels on the Shoe Box that is being returned. Shoe boxes that have an order number or shipping labels applied directly will be subject to a CA$10 penalty.

Items can only be exchanged & the amount paid cannot be refunded. However, we can issue a Store Credit Card after receipt of the item. This card will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. You may buy items in-store or online using this credit card.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the store. Please note that all items bought under any promotion are final sales. A restocking fee of $10 is applicable on all items that were shipped under FREE freight criteria.

We understand that finding the right size & fit can be challenging due to foot shapes & sizes. Moreover, the growth in certain ages changes the foot sizes every 4-8 months.

We recommend & encourage our customers to please come & physically try out options for their little ones at the store. This will ensure that you get the right size & most comfortable fit for your beloved child.
